Whilst we have 16 Teams playing in 7 Bowling Leagues, every effort is made to keep one of the greens free for Social Bowling. So check out the Bowling Calendar, see when a green is free and come and have a roll. If you are new to bowling and want to try it before joining as a bowling member, we have free Taster Sessions and Tuition on a Sunday morning from 11.00am and can even supply you with some bowls to practice with. So why not come down on a Sunday morning and give it a go, you never know you may quite like it! Or keep an eye out on our website ‘What’s On’ and join us on one of our Fun Doubles Nights, where we partner up bowlers and non-bowlers for an evening of fun, friendly bowling, with the emphasis on ‘fun and friendly’. Or if you have your own bowls, pop down to the club and if a green is free have a roll. We charge £3 per session greenage fee (maximum of 3 sessions before we ask you to consider joining the club) Just handover your £3 to a member, post it through the letterbox or if the Club is open why not treat yourself to a post-game drink and give your £3 to the member of bar staff.
