OUR VISION is “to establish Longton VM as a popular modern local venue set in attractive surroundings that welcomes people and groups of all ages, abilities and interests through a range of sporting and social facilities and activities, and provided in a comfortable and safe environment thereby creating a friendly, supportive and active community spirit and sense of belonging.”

Fun Games Challenge

As part of the Winter Wonderland celebrations, the winner of the Longton VM Fun Games Challenge was…….. Arlo Thornborrow who can collect his prize of a basket of sweets from the bar any weekday evening from 7.00. There were 91 competitors who participated in the five games and we hope that everyone enjoyed themselves.

Spar Junior School Bowling Trophy The annual junior bowling competition sponsored by Longton Spar was won this year by Longton Primary “B” with St Oswald`s “A” as Runners-Up. Thanks also to the teachers and volunteers who helped both weeks.
